Location: Naplab Co-working Space, Bangkok
Working Hours: 09:00 - 18:00, weekends off
Main Responsibilities:
Provide training for contracted advertising clients to ensure efficient use of the company’s advertising products.
Maintain client relationships, respond promptly to client needs and resolve issues to improve client satisfaction.
Organize and analyze client data, generate reports, and offer targeted optimization suggestions.
Assist the sales team in client follow-ups to ensure contract renewals and business expansion.

Salary and Benefits:
Base Salary: 30,000 THB/month
Transportation Allowance: 3,000 THB/month
KPI Bonus: 5,000 THB/month (after probation)
Probation Period: Three months

- Fluent in Chinese, English, and Thai, with the ability to use them as working languages.
- Over 2 years of work experience.
- Some sales or customer service experience.
- Preference for candidates with study experience in China.
- Adaptable and innovative.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
