Provide support to our user Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance and Supply Chains.
Work on help requests as assigned by the Team Lead.
Using knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance and Supply Chain to investigate issues logged and recommend solutions.
Work with technical team to implement changes and bug fixes.
Provide support for all in-house applications to business users.
Provide IT technical solution/support to the business to ensure a smooth operation.
Work on help requests as assigned by the Team Lead.
Create and maintain software and user training documentations.
Work with technical team to implement changes and bug fixes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Management Information System, Computer Science or related fields. 2 years of experience on any ERP system. Experience on Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance and Supply Chains is an advantage.
- Ability to understand retails business processes and requirements. Logical thinking, self-motivated, independent and willing to work under pressure.
- High responsibility to complete the assigned tasks upon the target date.
- Good interpersonal skills with a strong teamwork spirit.
