Recruitment : • Handle full-cycle recruitment for permanent staff in the market (and temporary staff where applicable) and custodian of Employee Onboarding process for all employees recruited. • Develop, plan, and execute resourcing/talent acquisition strategy to support business requirements and the organization’s staffing objectives. • Provide constant update to line managers regarding employment market and current trend of talent landscape. • Design and develop effective selection tools/techniques in order to deliver an In Full On Time Recruitment. • Manage all recruitment business partners to ensure quality of delivery and best possible talent pipeline. • Collaborate with related stakeholders (HRBPs, Business Leaders, and C&B Team) to prepare competitive compensation and benefit packages for the selected candidates. HRIS : • Understand business needs & gather business requirements for system development • Prepare manpower chart, manpower report to support MC, BoD and all related parties as per requested • Initiate and develop digital workflow to ensure HR digital transformation.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or any related field, with master degree in any discipline will be advantage
3-5 years work in experiences
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
High responsibility, reliable, positive-thinking, and can-do Attitude
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Good command of English communication
