รายละเอียดงาน
1. Handle for providing and consolidating data with presentation (PowerPoint/Canva/Excel) for Executive level.
2. Support CEO to visit clients&Supplier
3. Help the CEO to monitor special projects & progress of the project and also summary information to BOD.
4. Administrative support functions to the Executive; minute taking, arrange appointments, travel arrangements.
5. Deal with Oversea suppliers and occasional travel/business trips to Oversea (EU/China) and UPC with CEO
6. Other as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or related fields
- 2 Yrs of experiences in financial and marketing analysis support to Executive Level
- Good English is required
- Good MS especially Excel and presentation skill
- Communication and presentation
- Problem solving and coordinate with all parties skill
- Office Area Srinakarin Rd. Bangna (BTS Yellow line)
- Not specific Gender, open for all
