รายละเอียดงาน
- Supervise mold maintenance and repairs according to preventive maintenance plan.
Coordinate with other departments when there are mold issues
- Analyze, troubleshoot and provide technical support when the mold problems.
- Supervise the storage of spare parts and tools related.
- Design, create tools, jigs and fixture for Improve the production process to increase productivity
- Prepare and monitor all documentation related and support audits of all systems.
- Training and developing the skills of subordinates.
- Monitoring cleaning according to 5S, follow company rules and safety regulations.
- Other job assigned by superior.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High Vocational Certificate or above in Mold, Machine Tools ,Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- At lease 5 year of experience in Plastic Mold, Machine Tools or related fields.
- Good command of Thai and English languages.
- Have high leadership qualities
- Knowledge of Mold Welding, Milling, Grinding, Lathe, Polishing skill
- Risk analysis skill and solving problem
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, CAD, CAM Software
