รายละเอียดงาน•In charge of the recruitment of positions;
•Work with line managers to define and update the recruiting needs/Job Description;
•Develop and maintain recruitment channels to ensure the recruitment effectiveness and maximize recruiting efficiency;
•Design & facilitate talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans;
•Prepare interview report and evaluation report;
•Develop talent assessment tool and improve recruitment process;
•Build up long-term relationship with existing vendors and develop new vendor;
•Lead vendor review process;
•Plan & execute EVP program;
•Other HR related responsibilities/projects once required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - More than 3 years recruiting experience, experience in search firms is a plus. Have oversea recruiting experience or vendor resource is preferred;
- Good at Thai-English language;Chinese is a plus.
- Good PC Skills & familiar with recruiting system and strong analysis capability.
- Good team work spirit, respect and value people.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to take high initiative and responsibilities.
