- Conceptual design presentations which include mood board, 3D modeling, photoshop renderings, CAD drawings, image research, material selections, FF&E selections, and other job-related duties as assigned - Perform construction administration services including RFI responses, submittal reviews, field reports, punch list reviews and interpreting the contract documents to ensure the design intent is met. - Work closely with your design team and studio at large, to promote a culture of design excellence and creativity. - As part of the team, prepare complete designs to meet the clients program, quality objectives, project constraints as well as SOHO brand of design, with limited supervision required. - Other duties assigned

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign)
Demonstrate strong conceptual approach to design and persuasive presentation skills
Creativity and Flexibility and Ability to work in a team environment
