We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives at NU Chapter Hotels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive digital media strategies, managing our social media presence, overseeing content creation, and ensuring brand consistency. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in integrating various functional areas to optimize commercial targets. This position demands a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of driving measurable results.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing planning, digital planning and social media
- Experience of managing and motivating a team along with evidence of driving successful team results
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
- Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking, Detail-orientated and problem-solving abilities.
