Human Resources Associate Do you have a passion for HR and a strong understanding of Thai labor law? We are searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our growing team in Thailand. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our HR processes are efficient, compliant, and contribute to a positive employee experience. Responsibilities: •Provide comprehensive HR support to all departments, including compliance, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. •Maintain meticulous employee records in accordance with Thai labor laws and regulations. •Stay updated on changes to Thai labor laws and advise management on compliance. •Assist with onboarding new hires. •Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an HR & Admin role
  2. Proven understanding of Thai labor law and regulations.
  3. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (a plus).
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Thai fluency is a must. English proficiency is preferred.
