• Responsible for maintaining utility machinery and production equipment in good condition and ready for use and changing various spare parts according to their useful life according to the PM machinery plan. • Create a control plan and supervise the spare parts system. • Control the team budget • Manage 5S work and participate in 5S activities with subordinates and set goals to accomplish 5S. • Supervise and provide advice to subordinates in the department. Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Navanakorn Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Every other Sat))
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Age 30-45 years
  2. Male / Female
  3. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
  4. At least 5 years of experience in production fields from packaging manufacturing fields.
  5. At least 3 years’ experience as head of department in the packaging business.
  6. Have knowledge of packaging process.
  7. Conversational middle level in English
  8. Management experience in any manufacturing (employees more than 500) is preferable.
  9. High motivation to improve is preferable.
  10. Experience in Japanese company is preferable.
  11. Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable.
  12. Good relationship and coordination skill is preferable.
