Job Description:
To direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
To maintain a clean and safe plant.
To establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
To be responsible for plant production goals.
To establish and maintain a positive community relationship.
To undertake analyzing and summary of KPI and improvement of work.
To responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
To confer with department head to ensure coordination of PM, purchasing, shipping and others.
To foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
To select and train subordinates.
To conduct employee performance review.
Schedule and control plant meetings.
To responsible for product quality control for the plant.
To attend schedule coorporate training and meetings.
To support and control company activity system such as 5S, ISO and others.
To manage the workshop to deliver the result in term of productivity, quality and delivery.
Safety and Quality responsibilities:
To maintain standards of safety and comply with company's Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
Take responsible to take care of own health and safety of others in workplace.
Follow and maintain company standards of quality in accordance with company quality system requirements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or higher in engineering such as industrial, production, mechanical or other related major.
- More than 3 years of experience in steel fabrication process, project control or erection, specially in management level.
- Has experience in field of fabrication, erection and process control.
- Able to speak, read and write in English.
