•Furthering develop, implementing and managing sales strategy including outreach, working closely with the management to provide input to budgets and produce on-time reporting.
•Ensuring defined daily activity levels are set to achieve membership sales targets on a monthly basis.
•Work closely with the management to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
•Ensure achievement of business unit sales targets, Commission Performance and Reporting.
•Coaching, develop and motivate team to ensure effective achievement of company goals and objectives.
•Set up the new sales structure and sales standard procedure.
•Mentor and support employees to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets and KPIs.
•Create marketing planning and ensure well following to success.
•Cross function management such as monthly promotion, campaign, etc.
•Support the business operations to ensure all branch reached standard
•Ensuring all branch operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
•Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
•Appropriately manage team performance in line with the Performance Management Policy.
•Ensure customer satisfaction level.
•Other as assignment.
