•Making orders according to customer needs which is in accordance with the Company's policy as much as possible.
•Send PI and Export documents to customers.
•Helping customers solve problems in various cases that may affect production plans. As well as confirming with all parties already including solving problems that may be caused by internal factors.
•Handle and manage dissatisfaction in receiving a complaint / claim.
•Making other supporting documents such as new customer registration, sample request, process change notice, confirmation of new product, CCR, etc.
•Save cost /Save time Working in various forms such as sending export documents, COA, credit note, debit note, etc.
•Making other information related to sales such as Fixed rate, sale allocation report, Commission, etc.
•Monitoring the selling price of the product in the system when the price changes.
