รายละเอียดงาน1. Develop human resources policies, processes and indicators in conjunction with Thai laws and regulations to support the achievement of the organization's business goals;
2. Conduct pre-employment testing and resume screening, organize and implement recruitment plans, including notifying and arranging interviews, etc.; Maintain relationships with recruitment channels, publish recruitment advertisements in a timely manner, and manage recruitment information;
3. Establish the company's salary structure and compensation policy, and supervise the company's internal variable compensation system, which is in line with Thailand's local salary incentive mechanism;
4. Establish effective communication channels to ensure the smooth flow of information in the organization, solve problems caused by poor information communication, and promote employee relations;
5. Assist the general manager in training new employees, promote the construction of internal teams in business departments within the company's overall corporate culture framework, maintain communication and interaction with business management and employees at all levels, enrich communication channels, and ensure smooth internal information transmission :Create good employee relations;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader;
7. All tasks are reported directly to the general manager.
