รายละเอียดงาน- Training Need Analysis: Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
- Training Program Identification: Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
-Training Program Implementation: Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
- Restaurant Training Management: Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia, and other educational materials for training.
- Provide field technology support for e-Learning Platforms (e.g. Learning Zone, CSL/Standard Library)
-RSC Store Training Management: Plan, develop and provide training and employee development program (Classroom, In-store Training)
-Champion BPC Process (Goal setting, IDP, YE Result): Organize BPC cycle process.
-Yum! Culture: Champion Yum! Culture & Value (HWWT2, HUNGRY and LiveMas). Act as a role model, providing leadership and coaching on an ongoing basis to team and management (Restaurant & RSC)
-Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Manage training budget.
