1. Responsible for the introduction and maintenance of live broadcast guilds and anchor resources in the Thai region, so that local guilds and anchors can generate revenue through live broadcasts and continue to increase;
2. Pay attention to new users, retention, and active data, output corresponding operation strategies according to the established goals, and implement them on the ground;
3. Continue to track the problems encountered by regional guild anchors, have the ability to summarize and follow up, and periodically review and propose optimization suggestions;
4. Pay attention to the dynamic news of industry competitors, follow the hot spots and timely adjust product gameplay and activity plans.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality.
- College degree or above
- 2-3 years of experience in live-streaming, content management, or a related role.
- Excellent in communication, understanding, empathy, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of English, can use as work language;
- High responsibility and accountability, can work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
