● Coordinate marketing activities to promote products effectively across various
channels.
● Experience in training sessions and workshops for HCPs to ensure they are well-
versed with the product range.
● Identify and develop KOLs within the industry to enhance brand credibility.
● Engage key stakeholders through regular communication, updates, and feedback
sessions.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the competitive
landscape.
● Strong understanding of branding strategies and marketing activities.
● Lead and create an engaging and motivational atmosphere for the sales representatives
to excel at delivering results; manage the sales processes that allow for the region to
perform at an optimal level
● Deliver sales performance and relevant Brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in
order to meet or exceed regional sales targets within expense budgets
● Ensure sales activities and engagement plans are aligned with brand strategy and
priorities in order to optimize strategic momentum and drive brands success
● Regularly analyze, measure and report on field activities and utilize these data in field
management/coaching, including completion of coaching reports
● Monitor and consolidate the outcomes of account plans in order to provide timely
qualitative market intelligence information, to feed the brand planning process and to
anticipate market needs and/or changes
● Develop professional and career development plan for each team member and review
and update on a regular basis
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 3 years of experience in sales and sales team management, with expertise in medical (Aesthetic)
- Own a personal vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
- Responsible, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficient negotiation abilities.
- Basic proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in Flow account software would be advantageous.
