รายละเอียดงาน
1. Lead, mentor, and manage warehouse staff, including leader and workers.
2. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
3. Ensure that all processes are performed efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands and deadlines
4. Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels
5. Resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues
6. Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics
7. Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
8. Plan and manage warehouse layout and storage strategies to optimize space utilization
9. Implement best practices for material handling and storage
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Knowledge of inventory control.
- Good command in English.
