**Position: Reservation & Operations Staff**
**Location: Tama III Road, Bangkok
**Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process reservations for bicycle tours via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and helping clients plan their tours.
- Coordinate tour logistics, including equipment rentals, transport arrangements, and route planning.
- Collaborate with the tour guides to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to promote our bicycle tours.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience in customer service or operations, preferably in the tourism or cycling industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Thai
- Passion for cycling and outdoor activities is a plus.
- Smart & pro-active
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Thai national male/female
- Bachelor degree
- Pro-active & team-player
