รายละเอียดงาน
- The Claim Examiner will be responsible to perform the daily claim process per service level agreement and assure to meet the standard of service quality and productivity targets as Claim KPIs Team for all assigned task in travel claims and Day to day activity of claim team productivity.
- Process all Medical claims, extended warranty claims having regard to the validity of the policy/claim, policy limits, the circumstances surrounding the claim, cost containment opportunities and Company service standard requirements/timeframes for the processing and finalization of all claims
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- At least 0.5 years in claim position in Insurance business
- Experience from Travel Insurance would be advantage
- Good command in English
- Good communication skill for coordinate with customers
- Have services Mind and Claim knowledge
