Job Description:
- Driving sales by promoting products and guiding customer purchases with professionalism and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock and reorder items to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising and marketing on displays and in-store events.
- Analyze sales trends and collaborate on promotional strategies.
- Ensure timely product delivery and resolve supply issues.
- Train sales staff on product knowledge and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports for management on sales, feedback, and inventory.
Focus Areas:
- Achieving sales targets through effective promotion and customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining brand standards.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experienced in PC position in retail business
- Background from Essential Oil, Aromatherapy would be advantage
- Intermediate in English to use for selling
- Skill in payment system such as POS etc.
- Services mind
- Able to work 6 days and shift working
