Key Responsibilities:
• Control and support for company car, transportation, uniform, stationary, canteen and maintenance request for employees
• Responsible for Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order of HR section
• Responsible and support for company activities
• Control and coordinate with maid, driver, gardener, security guard and supplier
• Coordinate and support visitor for administration
• Responsible for payment of company facilities such as mobile phone, cost of utilities, section budget
• Support for Visa and Work permit
• Handle administrative tasks related to facilities
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in General Affairs and Administration in manufacturing
- Good Communication Skills and Problem Solving Analysis
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Able to communicate in English
