รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve the company goals (sales growth, inventory loss control, manpower management, etc.)
- Coordinate and organize internal resources and third parties for the execution of projects in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Meeting regularly with senior managers to develop and report on strategic plans for team objectives.
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate job expectations and responsibilities, while supervising, disciplining, managing and overseeing employees and work systems.
- Encourage and motivate all employees to work and collaborate to meet goals, while fulfilling their job responsibilities and obligations.
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports.
- Identifies problem areas and works to implement solutions to effectively resolve them.
- Evaluate employee performance and systems to identify trends and recommend improvements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.
- Proven success in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Good command of English.
