2. Strategically conduct training to support short and long-term employee learning & development roadmap for all employees specifically in manufacturing functions.
3. Analyze design, and provide learning activities and information for organization development.
4. Design & implement HRD projects related. ex. succession planning, leadership development program, IDP, knowledge & management & sharing, E-learning Mentoring, Feedback Culture.
5. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
