รายละเอียดงาน
1. Develop organizational and people development strategies.
2. Strategically conduct training to support short and long-term employee learning & development roadmap for all employees specifically in manufacturing functions.
3. Analyze design, and provide learning activities and information for organization development.
4. Design & implement HRD projects related. ex. succession planning, leadership development program, IDP, knowledge & management & sharing, E-learning Mentoring, Feedback Culture.
5. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in human resource management or related fields.
- 7 years of experience in human resource development, talent management, career development, knowledge management, or competency in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Experience in manufactory.
- If you have experience in coordinate with expat be advantage.
