รายละเอียดงาน
• Lead financial activities including creating annual strategies, operating plans, and reports, and managing special requests. Ensure cost reductions positively impact operating income.
• Conduct financial analysis, providing regular reports on actuals and forecasts, as well as evaluating major investments.
• Analyze month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Find or maintain appropriate banking facilities to run the business.
• Analyze the business risk and recommend for any possible tools to reduce the risk for the management joint decision.
• Look after the efficiency of the accounting and reporting system.
• Provide financial leadership to Operations teams to improve business results and efficiency.
• Annual Financial Plan and Quarterly Rolling Forecast preparation.
• Collaborate with Accounting team and each BU on data requests and explanations.
• Manage overall finance and accounting to ensure compliance with company policy, legal requirements, tax, treasury, and internal controls.
• Ensure integrity of financial information provided internally and externally.
• Provide financial perspective for new projects/product startups.
• Lead and develop finance team to meet organizational performance expectations.
• Conduct internal audits on corporate policy, tax, and customs compliance.
• Lead implementation of finance system modules and optimize processes to reduce manual work.
• Continuously improve efficiency in finance and business processes.
• Handle ad hoc tasks from management level.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance.
- Over 7 years of experience in finance, with strong knowledge of finance functions.
- Strong background in cost accounting.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Must have strong planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
