2.Provides technical and analyst in deep on PC, NB and hardware and software to user.
3.Coordinate other team. Follow up Ticket and tracking fixes problems and always update within the agreed SLA.
4.Provide and support PC, NB, Printer, Hardware, Software, License, IT equipment and Meeting Video Conference both onsite and online.
5.Provide and support both Head office and onsite both in Bangkok and other provinces of Group company.
6.Provide and support Preventive Maintenance IT equipment such as PC, NB, Printer, Hardware, etc.
7.Basic support ERP and Application of Group company such as ERP, HR, F/A, Engineering, Web application, Mobile Applicaion, etc.
8.Work with the Infrastructure and Application Team to find out the root cause and problem-solving.
9.Help team manuals and documentation to update new knowledge to the user.
10.Able to work under high pressure and deal with out-of-normal office hours support.
