Key Responsibilities •Operations -Work directly with local maintenance staff -Ensure personal and crew compliance with Company WHS regulations and site-specific rules. -Lead equipment repairs and train staff on proper procedures -Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. -Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on tasks completed and next steps -Ensure equipment maintenance meets professional standards (no shortcuts) -Plan and complete preventative maintenance to maximise equipment production; -Responsible for ensuring that the company delivers quality work to the client. -Contribute to continues improvement, effective procedures and process within the area of responsibility. -Trouble shoot problems and be solution orientated. •Health and Safety Ensure that our employees have a safe working environment. Guarantee safe and operational equipment with consistent availability Verify functionality and working condition of all safety systems Maintain a harmonious workplace. Management skills Follow plans from the Maintenance Manager Act and manage as a company owner. Identify system, process and equipment innovation and improvement opportunity’s and provide feedback to superior. Excellent people engagement skills

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Heavy Trade Qualification
Solid experience and knowledge of various Drill rigs
Previous experience in a Leading Hand / Supervisory role
Strong safety focus
Ability to lead and influence a team of drill fitters
Capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to interact with di verse cultures
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop & maintain recordkeeping systems & procedures
Minimum 7 years post trade experience
Worked in a multi-cultural environment
Mobilized projects to remote locations in challenging/ developing environments
Higher technical education
Relevant Diploma preferable
