RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide necessary equipment/tool to support manufacturing process.
2. Process control and monitoring according to process management plan (PMP) define.
3. Daily monitoring yield report all mass products and working on the improvement/action plan for active the yield target.
4. Co-ordinate with production A , maintenance team to contain the parts to screening and action once find the in-process part out of
control/reject escape to next process or customer
5. Do failure analysis with corrective action plan on in-process reject parts.
6. Support CQE to verify & do failure analysis with corrective action plan on the reject parts feedback/return from customer.
7.Create/update work instruction (WI), process flow and process critical parameter with specification limit. Or once customer feedback on any quality issue need to come out the VA & screening process flow.
8. Supervision & train all technicians on any new information and knowledge.
9. Support team manufacturing development in term of capacity ramp up/down on any products.
10. Daily/Weekly verify & sign approve on the MRB scrap document .
11. Support data analysis package on the qualification , special build request and build line request both customer and internal.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer field.
- 2+ years of experience in Process control in electronic industries.
- Knowledge PMP / Visual aid
