วิศวกรออกแบบแม่พิมพ์
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Design molds for plastic injection.
•Collaborate with customers to provide fast prototype parts for testing and evaluation (able to explain in English).
•Design production molds and tools for customized parts.
•Develop and integrate new mold design approaches, and new mold design technology.
•Work with production team to fabricate molds and tooling for prototype needs.
•Deliver complete fabrication ready 3D mold designs.
•Work with Production Engineering to develop tooling and systems to optimize production efficiency and reduce downstream manual processes.
•Need to involve from RFQ stage to provide feasibility study & DFM for the potential project.
Necessary Skill / Experience
•Age 30-40 years
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree is desired
•Working experience 5 years in Automotive parts or Electronics parts in plastic injection mold design & engineering is required.
•Working experience 2 years in management level in Automotive parts or Electronics parts in plastic injection mold design & engineering is required.
•Experience with multiple cavity hot runner molds
•Working experience 5 years with 3D CAD design required, working knowledge of multiple industry leading 3D CAD programs is desired
•Experience in a Research and Development, Manufacturing or related environment is desired.
•Previous machinist/tool making experience is desired
•Advance Conversation middle in English.
•Knowledge of ISO 9001/ IATF16949/ ISO14001are preferable
•NX10, 11, 12 CAD are preferable
•Other CAD program willing to consider

- อายุ 30-40 ปี ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล,สาขาวิสวกรรมแม่พิมพ์พลาสติกหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ต้องมีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปีในชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในการออกแบบและวิศวกรรมแม่พิมพ์ฉีดพลาสติก
- สามารถใช้ Program NX 11 12 ได้
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
- สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานด้วยตนเองได้
- สามารถรับแบบจากลูกค้าแล้วทำการ Design ได้ บริษัทไม่มีวิทยากรในการสอนงาน
