Brands to Manage
- Hapa Kristin Korean premium contact lenses.
- Starlab products (serum & cream) partnering with Starhunter Entertainment.
Responsibilities
1. Craft strategies & assign tasks for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
2. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing projects
3. Set, monitor and report on team goals on a monthly basis
4. Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
5. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (ex: online platforms, events, campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
6. Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas to match with our brand
7. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
8. Craft quarterly and annual marketing campaigns
9. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
10. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
11. Prepare weekly report of the marketing team
Understand and analyze KPI and performance metrics of the marketing team
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Work experience in marketing .
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords, and other marketing tools.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals and manage relationship within the team .
- Calm and able to communicate problems with team members .
- Learn from mistakes and improve .
- Analytical mind.
- Goal oriented .
