- Asst. Operation Manage who will pioneer the establishment of the first branch of premium yakiniku restaurant in Thailand. Be responsible for overseeing the launch of the restaurant from scratch, location selection, design, planning of the restaurant's working processes, and recruitment
-Conduct market research to identify target customers, competition, and location viability.
- Develop a comprehensive business plan including budget, financial forecasts, and timelines.
- Oversee design and construction of the restaurant, ensuring it meets brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Attend a two-week training program abroad to learn the restaurant's operations.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and cleaning.
- Select and implement point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management systems, and other necessary software.
- Implement procedures for monitoring and maintaining these standards.
- Develop job descriptions and recruit staff for all positions, recruit staff.
- Create and implement comprehensive training programs for kitchen staff, waitstaff, and management.
- Source high-quality ingredients and establish relationships with suppliers.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
Maintain open lines of communication with all staff and stakeholders.
Expansion and Brand Management
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and attract customers
- Identify potential markets and locations for future branches.
- Develop a scalable model for new branch openings.
- Oversee the setup and launch of new branches, ensuring consistency with the original brand and operational standards.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Have experience in being pioneer of establishment of the restaurant, have own business
- Fluent Command in Chinese (HSK5 up)
- Able to work independently
- Motivated, result-oriented person
