1 Market Research & Opportunity Identification: •Conducts in-depth market research, analyzing trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. •Analyzing data to identify potential new markets, products, services, or partnerships. •Continuously searching for innovative ways to expand the company's reach and revenue streams. 2 Lead generation & qualification: •Proactively generates leads through a multi-channel approach, leveraging networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital marketing initiatives. •Qualifies leads by meticulously assessing their potential fit with the company's offerings and long-term goals. 3. Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives •Contributing to the development of comprehensive business development plans aligned with the company's overall strategy. •Goes beyond opportunity identification, proposing and implementing innovative growth initiatives. •Monitors and analyzes the performance of these initiatives, making adjustments to maximize impact.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. experience 3-5 years
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  9. High level of initiative and motivation.
  10. Results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  11. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
