Manage and oversee the daily operations of the embellishment department, including scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer, and embroidery processes. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and minimize waste. Monitor production output and quality control metrics to meet production goals and customer expectations. Train, coach, and mentor embellishment technicians to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain equipment and coordinate maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance. Evaluate new technologies and materials to improve product quality and efficiency. Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Graphic Design, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in embellishment techniques such as screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer, and embroidery.
Strong managerial and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
Familiarity with industry standards, trends, and emerging technologies in embellishment techniques.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Good command in both Thai and English.
Experience in garment industry will be an advantage.
