Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. Establish quality goals and metrics to measure performance and drive improvements. Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Lead and develop a team of quality assurance professionals, including training and performance evaluations. Analyze data and prepare reports on quality performance for management review. Implement and maintain a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and quality control tools.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command in both Thai and English.
Experience in garment industry will be an advantage.
