รายละเอียดงาน
1. Set and plan Control and monitor daily and weekly production Activities to meet goals.
2. Controlling waste in the production process, Controlling costs, controlling quality and various specified standards.
3. Take care of order and solve production problems that occur. Provide advice and coaching to subordinates.
4. Take care of basic maintenance of production machinery.
And coordinate with the maintenance department to repair machines.
5. Make daily production reports to supervisors.
6. Other tasks assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male & Female 27 - 35 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management or related fields or equivalent.
- Experience working in production or factory for not less than 2-3 years.
- Job Knowledge, Responsibility Knowledge, Job Improvement skill, Leader Skill, Instruction skill
- Strong skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Have knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 9001
- Able to consider evaluating work performance and giving advice to subordinates. And there are ways to motivate the team.
