-Prepare and support efficient CNC/Sheet Metal programs in alignment with production planning.
-Assume responsibility for the quality of all equipment and machinery utilized by the department and promptly inform superiors of any potential issues.
-Adhere to established Production Support procedures.
-Collaborate closely with all department personnel to achieve optimal results.
-Identify the most suitable tooling for specific applications and utilize the tooling to its maximum efficiency.
-Continuously review current production techniques and implement improved work-holding methods, program strategies, and tooling applications to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
-Ensure that the Technical Support department consistently maintains a clean and safe working environment.
-Develop and optimize sheet metal/CNC programs to enhance production efficiency.
-Design and develop jigs and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes and ensure accuracy. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to create jigs and fixtures for new product introductions. Maintain and upgrade existing jigs and fixtures to meet evolving production needs.
-Implementation of New Machining Technologies (4-axis and 5-axis) integration of 4-axis and 5-axis machining technologies to boost productivity. Monitor and evaluate the performance of new machining technologies, ensuring they meet production targets and quality standards in order to reduce cycle times and improve deliverables to customers.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Completed education of not below Diploma degree in Mechanical subjects or equivalent as minimum and experiences at least 2 years in CNC programming
- Knowledge of measuring equipment.
- Able to use Microsoft Office program.
- Experienced for CNC/Sheet Metal program and tooling.
- Able to work on the shift.
