1. Quality Systems – Establish, implement, maintain, and improve quality management systems (ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 and future system)
2. Document Control – Manage quality-related documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
3. Reporting & Continuous Improvement – Generate monthly reports and propose process enhancements.
4. Internal & External Audits - Plan, conduct and follow up on Internal & External process audits.
5. Conduct internal process audit and follow up
6. Audit reports & Actions- Track non-compliances, define correactive action, and coordinate with with concerned parties (auditors, customers, suppliers, or plant managers/employees)
7. Customer & Supplier Coordination – Act as a key contact for supplier qualification programs, ensuring smooth communication between ALPLA and external parties
8. Workplace Standards – Ensureand maintain 5S and plant standards compliance for a clean and organized environment.
9. Training & Awareness – Conduct quality system training for employees to drive continuous improvement.
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisors/managers
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Completed a bachelor’s degree in any related course
- 3-4 years’ work experience in quality systems, audit experience with document control is preferred
- 3-4 years’ work experience in supervising quality team
- Experience and background in ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, 5S and Safety are needed
- Knowledge in using relevant quality tools
- Relevant exposure in plastic packaging industry is an advantage
- With skill in utilizing manpower and resources to achieve targets
- Proficient in using computer and basic application software and the ability to use it in doing quality related reports
- Good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills in order to relate well with employees and even with external parties: customers, auditors, suppliers and even government representatives
- Good English language skills (oral and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
