Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to foster a positive onboarding experience and accelerate employee productivity. Implement and manage performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent performance evaluation and feedback processes. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws. Maintain HR records and compile reports for management analysis. Nurture a positive working environment and promote company culture through employee engagement initiatives. Collaborate with management to support strategic workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, with a minimum of 10 years in HR management.
Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with professionalism.
Good command in both Thai and English.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
Experience in garment industry will be an advantage.
