รายละเอียดงาน
1.Receive and deploy business strategies, policies, and company regulation through process engineering team.
2.Coach & lead PE team with new product, process development per company goals.
3.Plan and implement new or changes to machinery, equipment, and methods of work.
4.Accountable to establish the right first-time process, tooling, equipment, and methodologies.
5.Identify trends and process variations as part of supporting a continuous improvement.
6.Evaluate production bottlenecks and develop action plans to resolve them.
7.Plan and lead to establish and maintain BOM, Routing and manufacturing standard.
8.Oversee the conceptual analysis of new capital projects while implementing engineering standards and best practices in project design.
9.Planning and managing the establishment of a departmental budget. Ensure that the division and responsible project operates within budget and available resources.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Graduated with at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Mechanical, industrial, or any related field.
- Manufacturing experience at least 5 years, 5-7 years at managerial level.
- Excellent in process engineering management. Strong in both technical and people management.
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts.
- Good attitude to lead the challenge of new improvement.
- Ability to maintain accurate records relating to jobs as they are planned, performed, and completed. Skill to use electronic means for recording data.
- Experience in the Assembly industry would be preferred.
- Proficient skill level in MS Office such as Word, Excel, ppt, and MS Project.
