รายละเอียดงาน
Prepare maintenance schedules in line with the organization’s maintenance goals and monitoring PM compliance.
Frequently inspect facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary repair or maintenance.
Provide support and advice during staff recruitment and ensure the proper onboarding and training process.
Oversee and enforce good record-keeping practices (be it pen and paper or software).
Generate work orders,PAE,OR etc, enter comprehensive job details, and assign work to qualified team members.
Recommend upgrades, overhauls, and other changes to major systems and equipment.
Communicate policies, procedures, and any updates to maintenance staff or contractors.
Check that every single job is executed on time, to the budget, and without compromising building users’ safety.
Work closely with vendors, outsourced service providers, and contractors to protect the interests of the facility.
Performed miscellaneous duties, which are work related, as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical , Mechanical , Electronic
- At least 5 years of working experience in Maintenance management.
- Good Command of Spoken and Written English.
- Knowledge of operational engineering experience
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards
- Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) and Good Documentation Procedures (GDP)
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday
