1.) Executive & Administrative Support, manage schedules, appointments, and travel plans for executives including flight bookings and accommodations. Assist with business travel arrangements.
2.) Work with a visa agent to renew for management’s visa and work permit.
3.) Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all required materials are prepared.
4.) Handle confidential information and important documents.
5.) Support executives with email and phone communication, ensuring smooth information flow.
General Affairs Role:
1.) Office Administration & Facility Management, oversee office supplies, equipment, and utilities to maintain a well-functioning workplace.
2.) Summary report Admin Report such as facilities, office supply etc.
3.) Monitor messenger & maid.
4.) Other assignment.
