○ Act as the first point of contact between executives, both internal and

○ Translate documents and communications, if required, between relevant
languages.
3. Document Preparation
○ Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents
related to business operations.
○ Ensure all documentation aligns with international standards and trading
requirements.
4. Logistical Support
○ Coordinate travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements for executives
and international partners.
○ Arrange and support events such as trade shows, business meetings, and
networking events.
5. Trade and Business Assistance
○ Assist in managing import/export documentation and compliance with
international trade regulations.
○ Support in market research and preparation of trade-related data and
reports.
○ Maintain knowledge of key international trade terms and policies.
6. Relationship Management
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients,
suppliers, and partners.
○ Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and
workflow.
7. Problem-Solving
○ Address challenges that arise from international business operations,
ensuring prompt resolution.
○ Keep abreast of global market trends and advise management accordingly.
