The organizational structure of guard services consists of staff led by Guard Force Commanders (GFC/DGFC) who shall manage the Contractor's workforce and be the Contractor's liaison with the Client. The GFC/DGFC position is a key position and is staffed in accordance with the contractual requirements. The GFC/DGFC shall routinely report for duty to the Project Manager during operational hours and meet with the client Point of Contact (POC).
-Supervising the guard force that provides protection to all client's facilities
-Preparing guard orders, deployment of guards and weekly scheduling
-Conducting regular inspections of guards and guard posts; Conduct muster
-Overseeing the refresher training program to ensure compliance and effectiveness
-Overseeing guard program logistics including, e.g., Suspicious item detection, x-ray & equipment’s
-Acting as a point of contact with Clients on operational guard force matters
-Ensure all guards are properly uniformed, equipped and staffed per the requirement
-Plan, coordinate and lead during integrated training and emergency response drills
-Oversight of and responsible for quality control and contract compliance; and
-Shall be knowledgeable in the use of my LGP system and ensure the data is current, complete and accurate.
-Preparing reports and making recommendations regarding discipline and termination actions, investigating irregularities, maintain inventory reports.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Completed a high school, National Diploma or Bachelor degree
- A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in the military, police, or guard force with proven experience in leadership roles
- Advanced security training and experience with risk management including problem identification and problem solving
- Experience managing security staff or local guard force management
- Be an expert in all areas of physical security and access control
- Must understand operational methods of all guard force units and zones for response, and maintain a professional demeanor under highly stressful circumstances
- Be experienced in basic communications and radio use/procedures
- Be able to maintain and manage communication between all parties
- Provide risk management planning and performing qualitative risk analysis
- Able to use a computer including all common office management tools, able to write basic reports, produce, Standard Operating Procedures, and email (e.g. Microsoft Office 365)
- Hold a current Thai driver’s license
- Be a citizen of Thailand, or of a third country national citizen in possession of a valid current work visa (or eligible to get) in Thailand
- Speak Thai and Advanced English speaking/reading skill level: S3/R3
