JD:
1) Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
2) Coordinate training sessions, source qualified instructors, and customize courses to meet specific needs.
3) Facilitate training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
4) Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align programs with organizational objectives.
5) Plan and organize training events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place for smooth execution.
6) Lead succession planning initiatives, identifying high-potential individuals and developing their career progression plans.
7) Facilitate meetings for potential successors, providing support and guidance in their development.
8) Plan, present plans, coordinate, and conduct employee engagement activities to foster good relationships between employees and the organization.
9) Manage internal communication channels, utilizing Line OA and other platforms to enhance information flow.
10) Act as an orientation speaker for new employees and other courses or as an MC as required by the company.
