รายละเอียดงาน1.Manage the commercial strategy of the online platform, including Marketplace (Shopee, Lazada), Social Commerce, E-retailers and Live Commerce..
2.Drive GMV of brand online channels to achieve the target as aligned.
3.Increase the number of customers by optimizing the performance of the E-Commerce Marketplace.
4.Support day-to-day operations in content creation, supply chain management, promotion management, and business analytics.
5.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, warehouse, graphic design, content team, customer service team, etc.) or third-party service partners to ensure smooth commercial and operational processes and timely deliverables.
6.Maintain and expand the O2O strategy for seamless customer experience and sales opportunities.
7.Act as the primary point of contact within the e-commerce organization for cross-functional partners, serving as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, and implement E-Commerce initiatives.
8.Oversee sales performance, online marketing performance, campaign performance, and operational excellence.
9.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
