Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HR Executive/Manager to oversee our human resources departments at SnackSphere (Thailand), a leading company in the leisure snack food industry. This role involves managing HR policies, staff recruitment and HR related managements, coordinating administrative procedures, and supporting our staff to ensure efficient operation within our dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. • Manage the recruitment and selection process. • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. • Maintain pay plan and benefits program. • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. • Manage office supplies stock and place orders. • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
• Proven experience as an HR executive, administrator, or another relevant role.
• Experience with HR metrics and Human Resource Information Systems.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively in Thai and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
