Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Executive/ Manager to oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from sourcing raw materials and suppliers to delivering the final product. The candidate should ensure our supply chain and logistics operations function smoothly to maintain cost-effectiveness and meet the targets of our business. Key Responsibilities: •Source a group of raw snack food/ existing snack food suppliers for our brand-new leisure snack food products. •Develop, implement, and monitor the supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity. •Manage and optimize supply chain logistics, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution. •Work closely with sales, marketing, and production departments to forecast demand and ensure stock availability. •Source and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate better pricing and terms. •Implement process improvements within the supply chain to minimize costs and maximize speed. •Ensure all operations adhere to laws, regulations, and ISO requirements. •Analyze and report on supply chain performance and provide actionable insights. •Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps. •Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team. •Reporting to CEO directly Benefits: •A role at the heart of the leisure snack food industry in a growing company. •Competitive salary and benefits package, including health and wellness plans. •Career development and training opportunities.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in the food especially snack food industry or FMCG sector.
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Executive/ Manager or similar leadership role.
Experience in franchise outlets supply chain is a plus, eg: 7-11, Big C, Taokaenoi etc…
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Fluent in Thai and proficient in English/ Chinese.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with a diverse team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
