รายละเอียดงาน
- Preformed process drawing PFD, P&ID’s, MSD and etc.
- Stduied ITB document, project specification, international code and standard.
- Preformed and review process the specification such as equipment and instrument datasheets.
- Preformed process engineering document such as heat and mass balance, cause & effect diagrams, control philosophies and operation manual.
- Carried out hydraulic calculation, line sizing, select sizing of equipment and instrument.
- Carried out PSV sizing &selection depressurization, header sizing and flare KOD sizing.
- Checked vendor print (engineering drawing&document), technical bid evaluation.
- Participated in Hazop study and SIL review. Provide recommendations on process point of view.
- Experience in Procedure writing & reviewing commissioning procedures
- Execute Pre-commissioning/Commissioning activities and provide report to senior engineer.
- Attend meeting with Commissioning coordinator and update the commissioning reports.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
- A Minimum of 3 years experience in Oil & Gas facilities (or similar) in Process Engineeing, Precommissioning, Commissioning, and Start-up
- Knowledge Basic process simulation software e.g. HYSYS, PROII, Flarenet, Flare Sim, Basic Heat Exchanger Design by HTRI
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and Autocad 2D/3D
- Good command of English Spoken & Written
