รายละเอียดงาน
•Accounting & admin tasks, office support, maintain accounting facilities and processes. •Timesheet records •Preparing invoices and collecting payments. •Follow up and dealing with the clients for the outstanding balance. •Follow up check and bank statement, prepare the tax receipt documents. •Manage income and expenditure accounts. •Manage and prepare the payable cheques. •Management client disbursements. •Accounting record, bank reconcile, Adjustment, prepare financial reports - XERO •Closing the annual financial year end with auditor. •Maintain up-to-date cash flow and all the financial reports using XERO. •Cash flow •Co-ordinate and dealing with the banks, auditor, suppliers, and state agencies •Manage the company’s financial budget projections •Execute employee’s monthly salary payment. •Submit PND.1,3,53,51 PP.30 and social security.11 •Tax planning •Manage and submit of Personal Tax ID. •HR support. Leave record. •Petty cash control, Purchase office supplies. •Organize corporate social responsibility events.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Thai National.
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
  3. At least five years of prior accounting experiences.
  4. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  5. Good in both written and spoken English
  6. Proficient in XERO
  7. Proficient in Communication skills (written and verbal)
  8. Good team attitude, courteous to clients
  9. Responsibility and Loyalty
  10. Positive Can-Do Attitude
  11. Hardworking

Please drive straight from the security guard check point pass the yatch piers and the Boat Lagoon Hotel and then you will see the small compass roundabout and La Taverna Italian Restaurant will be on your left, please turn left and you will see a big green spirit house. Our office is located near the spirit house.
