• Manage the product audit of Asia suppliers. • Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications. • Document the inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. • Analyze quality plans and product specifications to identify and understand the requirements of the products. • Develop and maintain the quality plan and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Asia supplier quality control. • Ensure that all quality plan and SOPs are update. • Proactively monitor supplier performance and ensure timely follow-up on all quality improvement projects. • To improve or maintain QAFA score of Asia suppliers. • Conduct a factory audit to assess the compliance of the manufacturing process with the relevant standards. • Ensure that the factory and the process of Asia suppliers are compliance with the relevant standards. • Prepare and deliver a weekly and monthly report to the manager, summarizing the key findings and recommendations. • To improve or maintain QAFA score and the quality of the product of Asia suppliers. • Proactively track customer requirements and international standards, and provide timely updates to the team and Asia supplier. • Ensure that the quality system is update. • Ensure that all Asia suppliers have received and applied the latest customer requirements and international standards. • Regularly conduct studies and training on customer requirements and international standards. • Clearly understanding of customer requirements and international standards, and able to effectively communicate and apply these to suppliers. • Accomplish other tasks assigned by Asia Quality & Regulatory Manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Male only, Age 30-35 years
  2. Bachelor Degree of Engineer or equivalent qualification.
  3. Minimum of 5-7 years’experience in supplier quality in manufacturing. (Plastic packaging is needed)
  4. Already got BRCGS Packaging Materials training certificate, ISO9001 or equivalent.
  5. A minimum of 2 years’ experience to worked with BRCGS Packaging Materials certified company.
  6. Good experience to work with oversea suppliers.
  7. Good English
  8. can start work
  9. Only English resume accepted
  10. can work in chinese company
