职位描述：
1.财务管理： 负责公司的全面财务管理，制定并实施财务战略和计划，确保公司财务健康
运行。
2.预算与预测： 编制年度预算和财务预测，监控预算执行情况，分析差异并提出改进建议。
3.财务报告： 准确及时地提供月度、季度和年度财务报告，向管理层汇报公司财务状况。
4.资金管理： 管理公司的现金流和资金使用，确保公司具备良好的流动性和投资回报。
5.成本控制： 监控和分析生产成本，提出降低成本和提高效益的方案。
6.税务管理： 负责公司的税务规划和合规管理，确保按时申报和缴纳各项税费。
7.内部控制： 建立和完善内部控制制度，防范财务风险，提高财务管理水平。
8.团队管理： 领导和培养财务团队，提升团队专业素质和工作效率。
Responsibilities
1. Financial management: Responsible for the company's overall financial management, formulate and implement financial strategies and plans, and ensure the company's financial health run.
2. Budget and Forecast: Prepare annual budget and financial forecast, monitor budget implementation, analyze differences and make suggestions for improvement.
3. Financial reporting: Provide monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports accurately and timely to report the company's financial status to management.
4. Fund management: Manage the company's cash flow and fund use to ensure that the company has good liquidity and return on investment.
5. Cost control: Monitor and analyze production costs, and propose plans to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
6. Tax management: Responsible for the company's tax planning and compliance management, ensuring timely declaration and payment of various taxes.
7. Internal control: Establish and improve internal control systems to prevent financial risks and improve financial management levels.
8. Team management: Lead and train the financial team to improve the team's professional quality and work efficiency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 1.统招本科以上财务金融类专业，会计师职称； Bachelor degree or above in finance, accountant qualification
- 五年以上生产企业财务管理工作经验，三年以上财务经理工作经验；More than 3 years of working experience in financial management of a production enterprise, and more than 5 years of working experience in management level in Thailand.
- 具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验； Have extensive financial expertise, accounting processing and financial management experience
- 熟练操作企业成本管理体系和全面预算管理体系； Proficient in operating the enterprise cost management system and comprehensive budget management system
- .精通泰国财税法律规范，具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理经验；Be proficient in Thai financial and tax laws and regulations, have excellent professional judgment skills and rich experience in analyzing and processing financial accounting projects
- 熟悉泰国会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策； Be familiar with Thai accounting standards and related financial, tax, and auditing regulations and policies
- 为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨、工作仔细认真； Be upright, have a strong sense of responsibility, have a rigorous style of work, and work carefully and conscientiously
- 中文能够熟练沟通；be able to communicate Chinese language fluently
